More recently the need for consistent and dependable product sampling has become vital for any products destined for Western markets. This is due to consumer pressure, which is driving more stringent feed and food regulations.

The key to effective bulk sampling is ensuring the sample is representative of the full load being sampled. TekPro developed a Patented sampling Spear/Probe that takes the sample under gravity ensuring a full stratification of the load from top to bottom. Couple this with full compliance to ISO 13690 sampling standard a truly representative sample is assured giving real value to any subsequent analysis.

The sampling machines are installed outside and have to operate reliably in many harsh environments. With potentially 400 Lorries per day at peak harvest periods, breakdowns can not be tolerated. Our design team opted for simple robust mechanical operation for maximum reliability and ease of maintenance.
